Google analytics is a genius, free service that provides statistics about the visitors to your site.
Before using google analytics, the only way I could estimate the number of people visiting my blog was through budurl.com. Budurl is a great tool but the information it provides is limited to the number of clicks to a particular link.
Now, it fills me with joy to see all of the individuals visiting me “literally” from around the world. Wouldn’t you be happy too?
Imagine how powerful your marketing activities and campaigns would be if you knew where your visitors were coming from. This is where information is power because now I can increase my visitors by standing in front of them more often. At one point, twitter.com was my most valued traffic builder. However, I’m noticing that a few other sources are more responsible for my traffic these days; (1) my direct weblink, (2) google.com and (3) facebook. These three are my top traffic sources.
What about you? Do you know your top traffic sources?

Once you have chosen a niche and begun to set up your online business, adding regular teleseminars will increase your popularity and name recognition very quickly. A free teleseminar, held at the same time and same day each week, will allow prospects to hear you discuss who you are and what you do.
Especially if you have written an eBook, you will want to take the time to explain your topic to those you want to know more. A teleseminar also allows you to share more information in less time, so that you can cover more material and build rapport with your audience.
During your teleseminar you will want to promote your eBook and any products or courses you have available. You can also promote affiliate products during these calls, especially if they are products and services directly related to your niche topic.
Teleseminars can also be made available for replay for many months to come, or repurposed into eBooks, articles and blog posts. Connect with your audience by speaking directly to them and you will build your online business quickly.

Writing an eBook in your niche or on your topic of expertise will position you as an expert in your field. It is crucial to have a book that you have authored. And, an eBook is best if you want to make it available to others in just a matter of a week or two.
Many people do not like to write, so if that is your situation you may want to considering recording your eBook, one chapter at a time, and having it transcribed into an eBook. You can then add an introduction and conclusion, a table of contents, and some resources. Your eBook will be complete, and ready for you to sell online or give away to generate more leads for your business.
The word author is derived from the word authority, so once you have authored an eBook you will be perceived quite differently from others in your field. You will become the person who is asked to speak, do radio interviews, and considered to be the expert.
Writing your eBook will boost your career in ways you may never have expected. Getting started right away will make it easier for you to be successful online, no matter what your area of expertise.

This quaint little devotional, Frazzled Moms’ Devotions to Go is an awesome companion for professional moms as it fits so neatly in your purse. The devotions are relevant and refreshing. They remind me of what matters as a mommy, wife, professional and child of God.
I really love the spirit builders after each devotional. Last week, as I worked on my schedule, this spirit builder stuck with me:
“Take time with your Heavenly Father. Sit down and make a daily schedule out. Have moments for devotions, scriptures and prayer. Make time for the One who is always there for you. Write down this time in your date book or calendar as an appointment.”
Living is todays world, it’s mandatory to work from a schedule. Otherwise, you could be waisting valuable time because you have nothing to do or you’re not coordinating your to do’s well enough.
Scheduling your God-Time is another way to keep your spirit strong as you move through your day. So, go ahead and schedule your God-Time and let me know how it works out.
I am so grateful for Rochelle L.Valasek for creating Frazzled Moms’ Devotions To Go. It’s so timely and relevant for moms everywhere.

Many people feel that the technology required to build an online business is more than they can handle. The truth is that technology is easier to use today than it was just a few years ago. Spending some time and receiving training from a technology mentor can make it all become simple in a very short period of time.
First, choose just one program to learn at a time. Make sure it is a program that you will need for your online business. Then you can learn to use just the parts of this program, one at a time that you will need. Make a list of your questions as you encounter difficulties
Next, find a technology mentor that will be able to answer your specific questions in a timely manner. This will make the process go smoothly. You will be amazed at what you will learn in a very short period of time by chunking the learning down into bite sized pieces.
Finally, review what you have learned on a regular basis. It is much easier to retain what you have learned if you put it into use. The act of doing what you have learned will reinforce the skills and you will find that you are able to move on to the next program or technology skill at an even faster pace.
